Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We are very certain that you would be happy with your order, but if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at mokiddies@yahoo.com after you receive the item(s). Refunds: Unfortunately, MOKIDDIES does not currently offer refunds, but we accept returns on any "fully paid" item for store credit within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, we can offer free alterations, but the customer is responsible for shipping the items to Mokiddies for alterations and back to the recipient. Exchanges: Exchanges are only valid for items that are in stock. MOKIDDIES offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are willing to get a different size for any item that was purchased, you will simply have to return the item(s) in your possession, (the 'to and fro' shipping charges will be paid by You-'the customer') to get the store credit (which is only valid for fully paid items).

Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the globe, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. Therefore, MOKIDDIES will not be liable for any shipping delays caused in transit.
