RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

We are very certain that you would be happy with your order, but if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at mokiddies@yahoo.com after you receive the item(s).

Refunds: Unfortunately, MOKIDDIES does NOT currently offer refunds, but we accept returns on any "fully paid" item for store credit within 3 days of delivery. In some cases, we can offer free alterations, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items to Mokiddies for alterations and back to you (the recipient). Note that: Alterations can take between 15-20 business days or more in some cases (excluding statutory holidays).

Exchanges: Exchanges are only valid for items that are in stock. MOKIDDIES offer exchanges ONLY if there was an error from us; errors such as sending you (the Customer) a wrong order, In this case, note that MOKIDDIES will be responsible for sending you a label to return the item back to us in it's original state and packaging that it was shipped to you ( this package has to be dropped off at the post office by the customer, within 1 day that the package was delivered, if NOT, no exchange will be offered).

If you are willing to get a different size for any item that was purchased, you will simply have to return the item(s) in your possession, (the 'to and fro' shipping charges will be paid by You-'the customer') to get the store credit (which is only valid for fully paid items).

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Mokiddies does not permit order cancellation after an order is made. However, Mokiddies may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include, but not limited to: the item being out of stock, pricing errors or credit card, debit card, PayPal or any other form of payment being declined.

STORE CREDIT

You will have up to 7 days after items have been delivered to return for store credit. Store credit never expires and can only be used for in-stock items only. Store credit cannot be used to purchase a pre-order or custom-made item.

To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags and labels attached (the return cost is covered by the buyer). If the returned items do not meet the stated criteria, no store credit or exchange will be issued, and item will be returned to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:

All items purchased on or during a sale (be it coupon or any form of discount) as well as pre-order and custom purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit, exchange or refund.

FULLY PAID ITEMS: Items that were bought paying the "full price", without using any discount code or bought during a sale.
